Payment

Full payment or a deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via PayPal or other methods confirmed at the time of engagement. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required to complete the work. Delays caused by late client responses may affect delivery timelines and Scroll Craft Media will not be held responsible for such delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered assets. Scroll Craft Media retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All website content, branding, and materials belonging to Scroll Craft Media remain our intellectual property. You must not republish, resell, or redistribute Scroll Craft Media’s proprietary materials without written permission or use delivered assets for purposes outside the agreed scope without prior consent.

Confidentiality
